Cardiff City Stadium was the venue for this year's BBC Cymru Wales Sports Personality of the Year. Working alongside our sister company Push4 Events, who event managed the awards ceremony, Push4 AV were proud to be supplying such an annual prestigious event with full AV, sound and lighting support. Working within a TV setting, it allowed us to showcase a new Moving Lights Video Projector which projected large, impactful visuals thus creating a sleek and winning environment for TV audiences.
Wales and Manchester United Football legend Ryan Giggs claimed the title, with second place going to cyclist Geraint Thomas and third place going to Wales and Cardiff Blues rugby player, Jamie Roberts.
The ceremony was televised Tuesday 8th December 2009.
